FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: X-ray three-dimensional system for real time viewing comprises an X-ray source, an X-ray detector, a processing unit, a monitor, and means for three-dimensional glasses position detection to detect the position of observer's eyes, arranged to determine the distance between the observer's eyes and the monitor. The X-ray source and detector are located on the C-arc, the X-ray source has two focal spots, the interval between which is adjustable. The processing unit is configured to calculate the interval (A) between the two focal spots, the distance (D) between the monitor and the observer's eyes , the distance (C) between the observer's eyes, and to provide instructions for adjustment of the interval (A) between the two focal spots corresponding to the calculated interval. The three-dimensional X-ray viewing method is provided by a system comprising a computer readable medium for three-dimensional X-ray viewing.
EFFECT: use of inventions allows to increase convenience of three-dimensional X-ray image viewing.
