SUBSTANCE: method of instructing on the configuration of feedback signaling for transfer of CSI comprises notifying the terminal by the base station with the help of signaling the first upper level specific to the UE, about the CSI-RS resource for measuring CSI, wherein the CSI-RS resource includes at least one of the following: time-and-frequency position of the CSI-RS resource in the subframe, configuration of the antenna port number of the CSI-RS resource, period and subframe offset of the CSI-RS resource, identifier of the CSI-RS resource sequence and information on the CSI-RS resource capacity management; at the same time the side of the base station instructs the terminal side on the return of the CSI corresponding to the CSI-RS resource.

EFFECT: providing the base station with opportunities for flexible configuration of the terminal to return the CSI information of different types, which allows the base station to flexibly and dynamically collect CSI data and to carry out the process of precise automatic adjustment of the communication line and data transfer, and to reduce the feedback service data in the uplink and to simplify the measurement of the terminal characteristics.
