SUBSTANCE: device comprises the transferring unit for a set of filtering packets from the collection point to the package point, consisting of the element for the set transferring and rotation and the element for the set sealing. The element for transferring and rotation provides the set turning by 180° and its movement from the collection point to the release point, and the element for sealing provides sealing and moving the set of inverted packages from the release point to the packaging point. The element for translation and rotation comprises a device for lifting the set, extending along the vertical axis (V) and made with the possibility to transfer it from the first horizontal plane (P1) to the second horizontal plane (P2) located above the first plane (P1), the first plane (P1) and the second plane (P2) defining a certain height difference, and the packaging point being located in accordance with the second plane (P2). Wherein the lifting device is a vertical conveyor comprising the elements for loading the sets, providing transferring the sets from the collection point to the release point and the sets rotation around the axis (V1) perpendicular to the vertical conveyor axis (V), and each element for sets loading has a pair of fork grips for holding it and at least a supporting plate made with the possibility to support the set.
EFFECT: reduction of packaging sizes.
