FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gas-dust treatment system contains a body and injectors. The body is arranged horizontally and has a cylindrical shape with a contact zone in the central part to the left of which, in series along the axis of the housing, there are at least two nozzles, and in the right part of the housing, after the contact zone there is a drip eliminator with a drain in the lower part of the housing. Each nozzle has water connections with shut-off and control valves connecting the pipes with the collector located in the pipeline supplying water. Each of the nozzles contains a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. Casing is made with channel for liquid supply and contains coaxial rigidly connected with is sleeve with nozzle secured in its bottom part, nozzle is made in form of cylindrical two-step sleeve, top cylindrical step is connected by means of the thread joint with central cylindrical core having part-through internal central hole and installed with ring clearance relatively to the internal surface of the cylindrical sleeve. Mentioned circular clearance is communicated with, at least, three radial channels made in mentioned two-step sleeve to communicate with circular cavity formed by sleeve inner surface and top cylindrical step outer surface. The ring cavity is connected with body channel for liquid supply. The diffuser is rigidly attached to the central core, at its lower part, and is made in the form of a truncated cone coaxial to the central hole of the core and attached by its upper base to the base of the cylinder of the central core. A sprinkler, made as a round end plate, is attached to the bottom base of the truncated cone by at least three spokes. Sprial grooves are provided on the outer side surface of the truncated cone. The throttling opening is arranged in the divider axisymmetrically to the central hole of the central core. The external diffuser is coaxially attached to the sleeve rigidly connected to the body. To the lower base of the truncated cone of a nebulizer rigidly attached to the central core, an internal diffuser is coaxially attached in its lower part in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust separation by increasing the liquid spraying level by nozzles.
