An internal perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the fastening element of the annular cavity resonator with the resonator rod. The output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to the axis of the annular volume resonator.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of dispersion.
