FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solutions drying method to produce a granular product having increased hygroscopicity. Device for drying and glowing of catalytic agent comprises atomizing drier for drying and granulating catalytic agent from solution. System for supplying wet initial product is made in form of acoustic sprayers, each of which contains body with located inside generator of acoustic fluctuations in form of nozzle and resonator. Sprayed fluid is supplied through pipe, perpendicular to body axis, to ring cavity formed by housing and external surface of nozzle. An external diffuser is coaxially attached to the nozzle casing, and an inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the fastening element of the annular cavity resonator with the resonator rod, that the external and internal diffusers output sections lie in one plane perpendicular to the axis of the annular volumetric resonator.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of drying and calcination processes.
