FIELD: separation; mixing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for spraying of liquids, solutions. This is achieved by the fact that in an acoustic atomizer containing a housing with an acoustic generator located inside in the form of a nozzle and a resonator, pipes for supplying air and liquid, the acoustic generator is made in the form of a conical nozzle coaxial with the housing and having an annular orifice holes with an outside diameter dn formed by a nozzle section and a resonator rod with diameter drod and an annular cavity resonator of length h formed by a resonator rod and a cylindrical cavity with an outside diameter dr in a fastening element, wherein the space of the cavity resonator is spaced apart from the nozzle section at a distance b, and the air supply pipe is perpendicular to the axis of the housing and is connected to an annular cavity formed by the roller and the housing inner surface, on the roller is fastened a cage with orifice holes coaxial with the ring orifice hole and a resonator rod is coaxially fixed, the sprayed liquid is fed through a pipe located perpendicular to the axis of the casing into the annular cavity formed by the casing and the nozzle outer surface, wherein one end of the casing is made solid and is connected to the casing, and at the other end, enclosing the conical nozzle, orifice holes are made coaxial with the ring orifice hole, while on the side opposite to the cavity resonator, there is provided an adjusting device in the form of a handwheel with a gland that is mounted on the free end of the roller, and the ratio of the length h of the annular cavity resonator to the distance b from the open surface of the cavity of the cavity resonator to the nozzle section lies in the optimal range of values h / b = 0.7÷1.3; the ratio of the outer diameter dr of the annular volume resonator to the diameter drod of the outer cylindrical surface of the resonator rod lies in the optimal range of values: dr/ drod= 1.2÷1.9; the ratio of the diameter dn of the nozzle orifice hole to the diameter drod of the external cylindrical surface of the resonator rod lies in the optimal range of values: dn/ drod= 1.1÷1.7, an external diffuser is coaxially attached to the nozzle casing, and an inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to the fastening element of the annular cavity resonator with the resonator rod in such a way that the output sections of the external and internal diffusers lie in the same plane that is perpendicular to the axis of the cavity resonator.
EFFECT: technical result is the improvement in the efficiency of spraying.
