FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: reinforcement method of slope consists in the fact that reinforcement is carried out using piles and anchors. Reinforcement system in the form of wire ropes is used. The bearing piles are mounted behind the prism of possible slope destruction, they are linked together to increase the load-bearing capacity of the system over a significant gap of the bank. Wire ropes are stretched from the bearing piles along the slope to its foot, they are tightened to the bearing piles with tension. To exclude the fall of large and medium blocks from the slope, transverse wire ropes are used in such a way that the grid mesh corresponds to the distribution of large blocks in the bank, for which purpose they are reinforced at the wire rope junction with anchors to the array through textolite or strong polyethylene slabs to the slope. Wherein, with a small-block structure of the array, individual sections are covered with shotcrete and such reinforcement system excludes the slope flattening until the end of the pit mining, wherein the array reaches its limit state due to the remaining values of the adhesive forces and retention forces of the wire rope system.
EFFECT: improved effectiveness of reinforcement operations, ensured safety and stability of the slope for a long time without slope flattening.
