SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and biochemistry. Disclosed is a method for determining the concentration of carbonylated proteins without preliminary deposition, including measuring the optical density at a wavelength from 400 to 540 nm, wherein the following reagents are used: 0.01 M 2,4-DNPH in 1 M HCl; Triton X-100 0.3% in 1.25 M KOH.
EFFECT: invention reduces the error rate, raises the accuracy and sensitivity of analysis.
