FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: according to the method, plastic pipe material is fed onto the mandrel which diameter meets the inner diameter of the pipe. The material is fed in the form of continuous flow which is transferred on the mandrel, after deposition on the mandrel, along an actually helical line sidewards within the mould mounted on the mandrel. The plastic tube is formed from the material tapes and molten plastic which is fed into the gaps between the tapes. Material flow at the mandrel is directed sidewards by circular and inclined plate at the end of the mould. The front part of the plastic tube is pressed and welded to the initial pipe which is used to move this pipe sidewards relative to the mandrel during the process of its production.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of the resulting articles.
