FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to configure of almost empty frame in a wireless communication heterogeneous network. A device for almost empty subframe (ABS) configuring in a wireless communication heterogeneous network comprises the first receiving information block, adapted to obtain the first information related to an indicator showing the communication quality of the user terminals which are served by the interfering base station, the second receiving information block configured with the possibility of obtaining the second information linked with an indicator showing the level of user terminal interference subject to interference from the side of interferencing base station, and the configuration unit configured with the possibility to configure, on the basis of the first information and the second information, ABS, sent by the interfering base station by silence factor adjustment and/or ABS power reduction range.
EFFECT: improved overall performance of a wireless communication heterogeneous network.
