SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the elements of a gas turbine engine (GTE) breather system and can be used as a breather separator, air separator in other devices for separating liquid from a gas-liquid mixture. Distance sleeve is made of two parts, in one of which annular groove is formed on the side of the shaft, where the response end of another part of the sleeve is brought, and there's a stopper pin installed in the shaft, and which ends are placed between the ends of sleeve parts, and its ends are in contact with the lateral surface of the annular groove.
EFFECT: providing breather operation in case of the impeller shaft fastening destruction.
