First belt section (20) includes extensible sheet (24), inextensible sheet (21, 22) and fixation section (41). Extensible sheet (24) can be extended and tightened in a transverse direction. The fixation section is a section that fixes extensible sheet (24) on inextensible sheet (21, 22). Extensible sheet (24) has the first end and the second end that extend along the transverse direction, and the first end is located higher than the second end. Fixation section (41) is provided such that it extends through the first end of extensible sheet (24) in a vertical direction.
