FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: noise silencer contains a cylindrical body rigidly connected to the end inlet and outlet nozzles, rigidly connected to the central partitions having perforation, the body is made in the form of a glass having an inlet branch in the bottom, and the central partitions are made in the form of a stack of disks. At the outer discs, the holes are formed in the peripheral part, and in the central part of the bag in the center, and the disk package is secured by at least two rods one end of which is connected to the inlet pipe and the other to the outlet branch pipe connected to the opposite end face of the housing. The rings connected in the peripheral part with the rods are disposed between the disks in the pack, and in the end part of the outlet pipe, on the inner side of the central partitions, there is a sound absorbing element comprising a smooth surface and a perforated surface between which a multilayer sound absorbing structure is placed and consists of three layers of sound-absorbing material. The first layer, more rigid, is made solid and profiled and fixed to a smooth surface, and the second layer, softer than the first, is discontinuous and located in the focus of the reflective surfaces of the first layer, and the sound-absorbing material third layer is made from foamed sound absorbing material, and is placed between the more rigid first layer and the perforated surface of the sound absorbing element. In this case, the sound-absorbing elements are additionally installed on the side of the inlet pipe at the outer disks of the disk pack, in which the holes are formed in their peripheral part. The structures of these sound-absorbing elements are identical to the structure of the sound-absorbing element installed in the end part of the outlet branch pipe, on the inside of the central disks location.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of noise suppression.
