FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: dental implant is proposed, consisting of an intraosseous porous cylindrical metal rubber bushing, a metal rod located inside the cylindrical cavity of the bushing, and a crown fixed to the metal rod, for which the outer diameter of the metal rubber bushing is greater than the diameter of the smooth blind hole in the intraosseous section, where the bushing is located. The bushing is made of metal rubber, elastic both in radial and axial directions. The metal rod consists of two sections. One, two or more ring flanges with flat spots made on the two opposite sides removed are made on the section used for rod tensioned fitting in the metal rubber bushing without gaps. The other free section is threaded throughout its length, or the metal rod is made so, that its entire length is threaded, and flat spots on the two opposite sides are made only on the section fitted in the metal rubber bushing, or this metal rod section has multiple cones with cone angle of 15°, and flat spots are made on the two opposite sides from of all cones, or two or three cones. At that, the metal rubber bushing is made of hard-drawn, grease-free titanium, silver, gold or tantalum wire.
EFFECT: use of this implant can reduce trauma and reduce the decrease in the jawbone strength.
