FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: dental implant has root and crown parts. Root part is made in form of metal pin with random-shaped nods applied at the direction of cross-section. Two bio-composite masses are applied onto root part of dental implant. Volume of bio-composite mass corresponds to shape and size of root of rejected tooth. Crown part which includes top part of metal pin, is made with crown mounted onto it. Shape of the crown corresponds to shape and size of rejected tooth. First bio-composite has powder - suspended inoculated copolymer of methyl alcohol of methacrylic acid and fluorine rubber - 33%, liquid - polymer-oligomer composite - 67% in relation of 1:2. The second bio-composite mass has powder - suspended inoculated copolymer of methyl alcohol and fluorine rubber - 25%, liquid - polymer-oligomer composition - 50% and synthetic hydroxypathyte Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 - 25%in relation of 1:2:1 applied onto root part of metal pin. Method of making dental implant of tooth is based upon taking print from rejected tooth by means of plaster, mounting metal pin into it which pin has random-shaped nods applied onto the whole surface, applying of first bio-composite mass in dough-shaped state followed by pressing and polymerizing the mass. Then layer of thickness of 1-2 mm is removed from the first bio-composite mass by means of micro-engine of dental installation and applying of second bio-composite dough-shaped mass followed by packing into dish, pressing and polymerizing. Method of mounting of dental implant includes its mounting into tooth alveolus immediately or some time later- in 2-3 weeks - after tooth was removed or after alveolus recovers completely. Then dental implant is splinted by wire-composite structure made of orthodontic wire with diameter of 0,6 mm which structure consists of individual arcs for adjacent teeth and of implant in center which implant has protrusions of random shape. The structure provides reliable fitting to adjacent teeth by means of composite mass. Implant itself is fixed by self-hardening plastics which has bent ends corresponding to shape of intratooth spaces.
EFFECT: improved reliability of operation.
