FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns biotechnology, cell engineering, medicine and transplantology. Disclosed is a method of obtaining cell masses of cardiomyocytes derived from pluripotent stem cells. The method involves differentiating and inducing pluripotent stem cells to obtain cell masses of cardiomyocytes. Further, the cell masses are dispersed to single cells and then cultured in a culture medium under serum-free conditions so that they were reaggregated.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain highly pure cardiomyocytes, free from cells which are not cardiomyocytes and from any components derived from another type which have high post-transplantation acceptance.
