FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for preparing and using a pharmaceutical composition (FC) for treating disorders caused by cardiac diseases. FC contains cells of committed cardiac tissue formation, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Excipient is a preservative solution which comprises dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO), ions, pH buffers, non-penetrating agents, colloids and metabolites. Also disclosed is a kit for administering FC.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy, acute myocardial infarction, chronic myocardial infarction, cardiac failure of non-ischemic nature, ischemic cardiac insufficiency, congenital cardiomyopathy, or combinations thereof.
