SUBSTANCE: conjunctival incision is performed. The straight muscle is allocated. EFFECT: provision of high functional, cosmetic results in the surgical treatment of squint, reduced intra- and postoperative complications by suturing the upper third of the straight muscle with one thread, and the lower third with another thread 4-7 mm apart from the place of muscle attachment and the formation of a muscular fold to enhance the muscles action.
