SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of rheological characteristics of venous blood after venous occlusion, at that the unaligned venous blood parameters are determined twice before and after a single venous occlusion with low frequency piezoeleastography: t1 is the reaction period representing the time from the beginning of study to the maximum amplitude decrease, A1, minutes; t2 is the time to reach A2 amplitude, minutes; t3 is an indicator that displays blood coagulation time, minutes, determined automatically, when the tg angle of the curve changes by 60%; MA is the maximum amplitude, an indicator characterizing the end of formation of a cross-linked fibrin clot subjected to retraction, A1-max is amplitude decrease during "t1" time - the reaction period, p.u. A6 is the amplitude value 10 minutes after reaching the maximum amplitude, p.u. Further, the constant of thrombin activity CTA is calculated by the formula: CTA=100/(t2-t1), as well as the intensity of retraction and lysis of the IRLS clot by the formula: IRLS=[MA-(A6-A1)/100]*100%. At CTA increase of 20% or more, t3 decrease by 30% or more and no change or decrease in IRLS, an increased risk of phlebothrombosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to increase accuracy and informative value while reducing the traumatic nature of the study.
