FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to perform low-frequency piezothromboelastography under the normal condition, under the pathological condition, and when modeling pathology in small laboratory animals on the hardware and software complex for clinico-diagnostic studies of rheological blood properties ARP-01M Mednord using an information-computer system (ICS) Hemo-3. The method is the recording of the curve of low-frequency piezothromboelastography using the amplitude delta in the Hemo-3 ICS settings to accept a maximum point equal to 1 and the waiting time of an amplitude increase equal to 20 minutes and allows to determine such indicators as contact coagulation intensity (CCI), time of contact coagulation t1, coagulation drive intensity (CDI), thrombin constant achievement time t2, thrombin activity constants (TAC), clotting time t3, clot polymerization intensity (CPI), polymerization time t4, maximum clot amplitude (MCA), formation time of the fibrin-thrombocytic structure t5, total coagulation intensity (TCI), intensity of lysis and clot retraction (ILCR), t6=t5+10 minutes, total anticoagulative activity coefficient (TAAC).
