FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: explosion-protective panel contains a metal armoured frame with metal armoured coating and a filler in the form of a disperse air-lead system with four fixed pipes-supports in the butts, and four resilient supporting rods telescopically inserted into the fixed pipes-supports are rigidly embedded in the coating of the explosive object. In the upper part of the supporting rods, a damping plate is fixed, to which, oppositely to the panel and in the direction of the shock wave, a buffer device is attached, made in the form of a cone, the vertex of which is located on the opening axis of the object to be protected, or there are resilient-damping, collapsible, disposable elements fixed on the support rods to abutment sheets by means of a damping base with screws, and to the base, coaxially to the rod, a bushing made in the form of a truncated cone is rigidly fixed. Its lower truncated cone base is connected to the base, and the upper truncated cone base is supported by a disposable element made in the form of a bushing of a brittle, collapsible material, for example porcelain, which is pressed from below by a bushing-type clamping element with grooves for fixing the resilient part of the collapsible element in the form of a conical spring turned by its upper base towards the bushing-type clamping element, and the lower base of the conical spring is fixed in the grooves of the damping base by means of moulded polyurethane, and fixing the bushing-type clamping element is carried out by means of latches mounted on the rod surface, the disposable element is made in the form of at least three rods of brittle, collapsible material arranged between the sheets-abutments and the bushing-type clamping element with grooves for fixing the resilient part of the collapsible element. One end of each rod by means of hinges is fixed on the sheets-abutments, and the rods are arranged with a slope of the order of 15°÷25° away from the resilient-damping collapsible disposable element. The lower part of the supporting rods embedded in the object coating is made in the form of a tetrahedron with ribs resting on the base of the sheet-abutment, in the lower part of which anchoring or hook elements preventing the collapse of the lower embedding of the supporting rods in the object coating.
EFFECT: increasing the operation reliability of explosion-protective devices in case of an emergency explosion at the facility, and ensuring the return of these structures into the initial position after the explosion.
