SUBSTANCE: flux contains components in the following ratio, wt %: dusty ladle slag of rail steel production 30.0-50.0, dusty wastes of aluminium production 5.0-25.0, liquid glass 39.0-65.0, strontium-barium carbonatite 1.0-10.0. Strontium-barium carbonatite containing, wt %: SrO=1.41-6.25; BaO=6.29-16.86; TiO2=0.02-0.05; Cr2O3=0.05-0.20; Al2O3=1.6-3.05; Na2O=0.37-3.02; K2O=0.85-2.69, CaO=13.6-18.9; SiO2=12.82-41.22; Fetotal=4.18-14.85; Ctotal=1.32-8.45; MnO=0.06-0.33; MgO=0.48-6.24; S=0.20-0.22; P=0.02-0.04.
EFFECT: invention ensures a high quality of the deposited layer and the weld due to the exclusion of pores and shells in it, and the low level of steel contamination with exogenous nonmetallic inclusions.
