SUBSTANCE: materials and methods for manufacturing sheet semi-finished products from pseudo-alpha titanium alloy of the Ti-Ni-Mo system for the manufacture of corrosion-resistant equipment components. Cold-rolled strip made of pseudo-α titanium alloy of the Ti-Ni-Mo system for the manufacture of corrosion-resistant components is characterized by the fact that pseudo-α titanium alloy contains, wt.%: Ni 0.6-0.9, Mo 0.2-0.4, Fe no more than 0.3, C no more than 0.08, O2 no more than 0.25, H2 no more than 0.015, N2 no more 0.03, the rest is titanium, while the strip material has a basal-prismatic texture with a predominant transverse prismatic component, the average value of the pole densities of the basal component {0001} is no more than 6.0 units, the average value of the pole densities of the prismatic components and is no more than 8.0 units, and the yield strength ratio σ0.2 in transverse direction to σ0.2 in the longitudinal direction is 1.0-1.1, the tensile strength ratio σB in the transverse direction toσB in the longitudinal direction is 1.0-1.07, and the alpha phase contained in the microstructure of the strip has a degree of recrystallization from 50 to 80%.
EFFECT: resulting strip has a complex of high mechanical properties and minimal anisotropy.
