FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the various materials crushing devices and may be used in production of construction materials and other industries. Disintegrator comprises cylindrical housing 1 with axial 2 loading and tangential 3 unloading devices. In housing 1 disks 4 and 5 with rows of impact elements 6 and 7 are installed with the possibility of opposite rotation, wherein each of rows is located between rows of striking elements of the opposite disc. To horizontal part of inner row of striking elements 6 of upper disc 4 is rigidly fixed horizontal perforated ring 8, through hole in the center of which there is vertical shaft 9 fixed on lower horizontal disc 5 with process gap. Cross shaft 10 with spreading blades 11 is rigidly attached to upper end of vertical shaft 9, and there is a process gap between them and horizontal perforated ring 8. Limiter 13 is rigidly attached to lower surface of horizontal perforated ring 8 behind outer diameter of concentrically arranged holes 12, including vertical cylinder 14 and upper conical ring 15. To lower part of vertical shaft 9 parallel to upper conical ring 15 is rigidly attached lower conical ring 16, having respectively lower and upper working ribbed surfaces, minimum gap between which does not exceed 0.5Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum size of the particles of the milled material. Inner faces of spreading blades 11 are located on radius of vertical cylinder 14, and their outer ends are made with process clearance to inner row of impact elements 6. Generation angle of upper 15 and lower 16 conical rings is more than angle of natural slope of material. Through holes 12 of horizontal perforated ring 8 are made in the form of truncated cone with larger base at the bottom and maximum diameter of smaller base of 0.5Dmax.
EFFECT: disintegrator increases efficiency of grinding and productivity of the finished product.
