FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical body 1 with axial 3 loading and tangential 2 unloading branch pipes. Upper 4 and lower 6 horizontal discs with rows of impact elements 5 and 8 rigidly fixed thereon along concentric circles and arranged in a housing 1 for counter rotation, each of which is located between the rows of impact elements of the opposite disc. The distance between the impact elements is reduced from the centre to periphery of the discs 4 and 6. The lower horizontal disc 6 has larger diameter. There is a conical side 10 rigidly fixed to the end face of the upper horizontal disc 4 with a smaller base. A horizontal ring 11 is rigidly connected to a larger base of the conical side wall 10, which outer diameter is equal to the diameter of the lower horizontal disc 6. On the lower surface of the horizontal ring 11 and the upper surface of the peripheral part of the lower horizontal disc 6, there are working elements 12 that are rigidly fixed thereto and in the form of archimedean spirals directed in opposite directions. The minimum gap between working elements 12 of the horizontal ring 11 and the lower horizontal disc 6 exceeds (2…10) dmax, where dmax - maximum particle size of the finished product.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the grinding process and performance according to the finished class of the material to be ground.
