FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises of a cylindrical casing (1) with an axial loading (3) and tangential unloading (2) branch pipes. The upper (4) and lower (6) horizontal disks are placed in the housing with the possibility of counter rotation. The disks are rigidly fastened to concentric circles by rows of shock elements (5, 8). Each series of percussive elements located between rows of percussive elements opposite drive. The disk ends respectively belongs to the penultimate and last ranks of percussive elements, camera rigidly and consistently attached two cylinders. The cylinders are side surface in the form of armor blocks of variable section with classification through holes diameter (2-10) dmax in the inner cylinder and (1-5) dmax in the outer cylinder, where dmax -maximum particle size of finished product. The gap between the outside diameter of the outer series of percussive elements and internal armor blocks, cylinder lugs decreases from a value to the value of b=(1/2-1/3) and in the direction of movement of material from the outer series of percussive elements. The gap between the outer surface of the inner cylinder and ledges armor blocks on the inner surface of the outer cylinder is reduced by the value of a to value b=(1/2-1/3) and in the direction of movement of material from the inner to the outer cylinder. The height of the cylinders exceeds the height of the impact elements.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of grinding by increasing the number of particle collisions and classifying the material in the peripheral part of the grinding chamber.
