FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic emission transducers (ET) are installed on the surface of the object, the object is loaded with the test load and simultaneously records the ET signals, classifies the ET signals sources according to the degree of danger. The loading is carried out by installing the test weight of the fixed mass, by raising the boom with the installed test weight, using the special program that allows to detect the dangerous hidden defects at the stages of the most unfavorable combination of the operating loads and designed so, that the total time of the loading period and the period of ET signals recording does not exceed the duration of the ET signals series, accompanying the development of the crack; the duration of the ET signals series is preliminarily determined, when the samples, made of the material identical in chemical, phase and structural composition to the material of the object, and the thickness equal to the object metal structures walls thickness, are destroyed.
EFFECT: provision of the dangerous hidden defects timely detection at the loading stages of the transportation and installation equipment of space-rocket and guided missile systems.
