FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technical diagnostics of hydraulic system pipelines of aircraft in aviation. Aircraft hydraulic systems pipelines acoustic-emission diagnostics device consists of N-channels of registration, each of which is made of series-connected acoustic emission transducer installed on the controlled pipeline under pressure, an analogue-to-digital converter, a unit for calculating known acoustic emission criteria, a unit for calculating invariants of time intervals of acoustic emission pulses, two units for calculating invariants of the number of acoustic emission pulses, and an information display device. Additionally included is a unit for calculating invariants of amplitude parameters of acoustic emission pulses, in which calculations of amplitude invariants in the process of deformation of the pipeline material are obtained and the pre-destructive state is assessed. Input of the unit for calculating invariants of amplitude parameters of acoustic emission pulses is connected to the output of the analogue-to-digital converter, and the output of this unit is connected to the information display device.

EFFECT: improving reliability and efficiency of diagnostics of technical condition of pipelines of hydraulic systems and reliability of aircraft.
