SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for diagnosing myopathy in an experiment involving the study of a test animal, characterized in that the content of the isoforms of NT- and N2A-titin is determined in the biceps muscle isolated from the forelimb, and when the conditions are fulfilled: the content of the NT isoform ≤0.016 and the content of the N2A isoform ≤0.085 diagnose myopathy.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of diagnosis of myopathy by using specific laboratory indicators.
