FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a suspension of fine particles of inorganic and organic materials is to excite oscillations in the suspension by passing it through a pulsation apparatus of flow type and introducing one or more times of an inert gas into the slurry. Moreover, the excitation of oscillations in the suspension during its motion alternates with the absence of vibrational effects. The frequency of vibrational effects is gradually increased along the motion of the suspension along the axis of the apparatus, and the inert gas is introduced at a volume flow rate not exceeding 4% of the flow rate of the suspension. The apparatus intended for the implementation of this method comprises a supercharger-type supercharger and a pulsation apparatus in the form of one or more pipes of variable cross-section installed in parallel, components for feeding components and for removing products. The pulsating device consists of alternating sections with periodically changing cross-section and with a constant cross-section. Each of the sections with periodically varying cross-section is 35 elements of the Venturi type, and sections with a constant cross section have a diameter of the wide part of the diffuser, and their length in 24 times the length of sections with periodically changing cross-section. In each subsequent section with periodically changing cross-section, the step between the elements of the Venturi type or their volume decreases in comparison with the previous section with a periodically changing cross-section.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the process of obtaining a suspension of fine particles and increasing the productivity of the device due to more uniform energy input to the heterogeneous system, optimal energy distribution along the length of the apparatus and frequencies, as well as the optimum flow rate of the introduced gas.
