FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: vibroextractor for threaded fragments of transpedicular screws with torque oscillations of capture elements, containing a handle, a rod part for torque transfer, a cup head with capture elements in the form of inner multi-threaded taper threads, with direction opposite to the screw fragment threads. It is characterised by the core part made in the form of a hollow cylinder with apertures for cooling medium supply/discharge, inside of which a cylindrical ferrite magnetic core with excitation coils of a half-wave magnetostrictive converter of electromagnetic energy to mechanical torque oscillations is located and rigidly connected to a single-wave cylindrical waveguide with flanges in the planes of arrangement of oscillation nodes points with a minimum amplitude, intended for waveguide installation and attachment without a possibility of axial movement and rotation with respect to the hollow cylinder, the outer end of the waveguide being provided with a central threaded hole for the cup head threaded shank made in the form of a half-wave stepped cylindrical hub of torque oscillations with end surfaces located in the planes of maximum amplitude oscillations antinode, and the direction of the shank thread is opposite to the screw fragment thread.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable capture and unscrewing of threaded fragments of screws without significant forces on the spine, nerve endings and internal organs of a person.
