SUBSTANCE: method includes a conjunctival incision in the lower-inner eyeball sector, cutting out of a triangular episcleral vascular flap, 7×7×5 mm long and 150-200 mcm thick 6-8 mm apart from the scleral sulcus, with base to the sulcus and vertex to the optic nerve, subsequent through incision of deep scleral layers at the flap base over its entire width, episcleral flap introduction into the suprachoroidal space, over which a bi-fold flap of "Alloplant for Autolymphosorption" biomaterial 5×8 mm in size is laid, which is completely immersed in the suprachoroidal space, advanced to the optic nerve and stacked around it in the form of a semicircle, after which a U-shaped suture is applied to the scleral wound, a nodal sututre - to the conjunctiva.
EFFECT: improved retinal blood flow, resorption of retinal edema and hemorrhages, and prevention of repeated thrombus formation.
