SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out conjunctiva and Tenon's fascia incision. Episcleral triangular flap is cut out with its base turned towards limb. A through incision in deep sclera layers is done near the episcleral flap base and episcleral flap is introduced into the suprachoroid space.
