FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a data obtaining unit configured to obtain the data of the under-sampled multi-coil k-space, a multi-coil k-space preprocessing unit, wherein the pre-processing of the data involves filling the under-sampled positions of the multi-coil k-space by the initial approximation, compressing the coils of the multi-coil k-space, decomposing the multi-coil k-space into a plurality of frequency bands to obtain a number of separate multi-coil k-spaces corresponding to different frequency bands, and evaluating the coil sensitivity map from the obtained k-space data, a reconstructing unit of each separate multi-coil k-space by the tenuous approximation combined method using a plurality of dictionaries, corresponding to the certain frequency band, and a processor configured to calculate the resulting multi-coil k-space by aggregating the reconstructed multi-coil k-spaces corresponding to different frequency bands, and calculating the resulting magnetic resonance image from the calculated multi-coil k-space. The system comprises a magnetic resonance scanner having, at least, one receiving coil configured to receive the under-sampled multi-coil k-spaces, a device for reconstructing the magnetic resonance image, and a console comprising a controller and a display device. The method for reconstructing the magnetic resonance image is performed by the device.

EFFECT: using the inventions allows to accelerate the MRT scanning process without significant deterioration of the resulting image quality.
