FIELD: image processing means.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for magnetic resonance imaging. Essence of the invention consists in that the magnetic resonance imaging system comprises a radio frequency system for collecting magnetic resonance data from the image forming region, the radio frequency system comprising a plurality of antenna elements; memory containing machine-executable instructions and instructions of pulse sequence, wherein the pulse sequence commands cause the processor to collect magnetic resonance data from the plurality of antenna elements in accordance with the SENSE protocol (parallel image processing method); and a processor. Performing computer-executable instructions causes the processor: to control the magnetic resonance imaging system using the pulse sequence commands for collecting magnetic resonance data; reconstruct a preliminary image using magnetic resonance imaging data; calculate approximation between anatomical model and preliminary image, wherein the anatomical model comprises a map of probable movement; identify at least one source of artifacts of the image, at least partially using a map of probable movement and approximation; determine generalized SENSE equation using at least, at least, one source of image artefacts; and construct corrected SENSE-image, using generalized SENSE equation.
EFFECT: high reliability of detecting and removing artifacts during SENSE imaging.
