MAGNETIC RESONANCE TOMOGRAPHY USING PARALLEL SIGNAL RECEIPT Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC A61B6/00 G01R33/561

Abstract RU 2523687 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. When implementing the method, a patient's body area placed into a target volume of a magnetic resonance device is exposed to pulse sequences. That is followed by obtaining a review signal data array with low-resolution images in parallel or series through a radio-frequency volumetric coil and through a set of matrix radio-frequency coils. Spatial sensitivity profiles of the matrix radio-frequency coils with the low-resolution images are identified A reference signal data array is obtained at intermediate-resolution images in parallel through the matrix radio-frequency coils. The spatial sensitivity profiles of the matrix radio-frequency coils with the intermediate-resolution images are identified. A diagnostic signal data array is obtained at high-resolution images in parallel through the matrix radio-frequency coils. A diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging is reconstructed from a combination of the diagnostic signal data array and from the spatial sensitivity profiles identified at the intermediate resolution. The magnetic resonance device comprises a primary magnetic coil, gradient columns, a volumetric radio-frequency coil, a set of the matrix radio-frequency coils, a control unit, a reconstruction unit and a visualisation unit. A data carrier comprises a software program executed on the magnetic resonance device including specifications of implementing the stages of the method.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables implementing a faster magnetic resonance tomography procedure.
