FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: atomizer with swirler for double flow vortex contains a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. The body has the fluid feed channel and includes the rigidly coupled sleeve with nozzle fixed in its lower part. The nozzle is made of cylindrical two-step bushing with upper cylindrical step thread-jointed to central core. The core is installed with an annular gap with respect to the inner surface of the cylindrical sleeve and consists of a cylindrical part with a swirler fixed coaxially in its lower part and made in the form of a cylinder with a central throttle opening on the outer surface of which a two-screw thread is made. In the central throttle hole, a secondary flow element is fixed, which is in the form of a cylindrical screw spring, made flush with respect to the upper end of the swirler and protruding beyond its lower end by an amount not exceeding the diameter of the central throttle opening. To the lower cylindrical part of the nozzle sleeve, with a swirler fixed thereto and a secondary flow twist, protruding beyond the lower end of the swirler, a flow divider is attached. The flow divider is made in the form of a mesh diffuser, which larger base of the truncated cone protrudes beyond the element of secondary flow twist. An additional divider in the form of a mesh cone is attached to the flow divider, the vertex of which is directed away from the secondary flow twist element, and the base is connected to the output section of the diffuser.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of finely dispersed liquid spray.
