FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: tube for supplying refrigerant is installed in the holder cavity. The electrode shank is made in the form of a collar with the conical surface and is installed with the thrust in the front holder end. A bushing is fixed on the front part of the holder. The electrode is fixed to the holder by means of a union nut having a conical bottom and enclosing the bushing and the collar. The shank is made with a blind cavity, in which the end of said tube for supplying refrigerant is arranged with gaps. Between the ends of the holder and the shank, a sealing ring can be placed, and said tube is mounted relative to the shank end of the electrode with an axial gap. Between the ends of the holder and the shank, a disc or a cover may be provided in the holder cavity, and said tube is installed relative to them with an axial gap. The holder can be made with a blind cavity and have a wall from the front end thereof, and the tube is installed relative to the bottom of said wall with an axial gap.
EFFECT: increasing the electrode resistance due to expanding its cooled surface, ensuring the reliable fixation of the electrode on the holder.
