FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method for bacillus thuringiensis strains genetic passportization by means of multiplex express analysis of reference DNA sequences. Bacterial DNA is isolated, multilocus PCR is performed to prepare DNA reference complexes using primers containing the sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1-60 and combinations thereof, pyrosequencing the resulting DNA reference complexes to obtain unique genetic certificates of Bacillus thuringiensis strains sufficient to separate strains within one biovar.

EFFECT: invention is a high-performance express method that allows determination of Bacillus thuringiensis bacterium specific strains within a single biovar, its application leads to a reduction in the analysis cost and a reduction in its implementation timing.
