SUBSTANCE: method of multimedia data flow transmission, in which the user equipment (UE) receives information describing the user services (USD) and the multimedia data presentation description file (MPD) of the multimedia data first file. USD information contains the delivery method, the delivery method element contains the indication information, the indication information is used for the first flow transmission multimedia file designation, that represents the first file of the multimedia data. Transmit, using the unicast transmission approach or the multimedia data flow transmission first file multimedia content segment; and when the UE is located in the multicast broadcasting multimedia data service domain (MBMS), receive the multimedia data flow transmission second file multimedia content segment, using broadcast-based approach, in accordance with the information USD; or when the UE is not in MBMS service domain, receive the multimedia data flow transmission first file multimedia content segment from the specified server, using the unicast approach, in accordance with the indication information.

EFFECT: switching of the multimedia data flow without joints from the broadcast to the unicast.
