SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communications. Reports can be transmitted from a wireless terminal to a base station; a primary component carrier and at least one secondary component carrier are provided to transmit an upperlink from the wireless terminal to the base station; and the respective component carrier index is assigned for each of at least one secondary component carriers provided for the wireless terminal. The respective reports can be generated for the primary component carrier and for each of at least one secondary component carriers, and a MAC control element comprising the power margin reports for the primary and secondary component carriers can be generated. In further detail, the reports for each of at least one secondary component carriers can be set up according to the order of the component carrier indices for the respective secondary component carriers. The MAC control element can be transmitted from the wireless terminal to the base station by one of the component carriers.
EFFECT: higher effectiveness by improving the power margin reporting.
