SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. Power allowance reports can be sent from the wireless terminal to the base station, wherein the primary component carrier and at least one secondary component carrier are provided for uplink transmissions from the wireless terminal to the base station, and wherein the corresponding component carrier index is assigned to each of at least one secondary component carrier provided for the wireless terminal. Appropriate power allowance reports can be generated for the primary component carrier and for each of at least one secondary component carrier, and a MAC control element can be generated that includes power allowance reports for the primary and secondary component carriers. In more detail, the power allowance reports for each of at least one secondary component carrier may be arranged in order of the component carrier indices for the respective secondary component carriers. Further, the MAC control element, which includes the power allowance reports for the primary and secondary component carriers, can be transmitted from the wireless terminal to the base station over one of the component carriers.
EFFECT: increased efficiency through improved power allowance reporting.
