METHOD FOR POSTOPERATIVE REHABILITATION OF VOCAL APPARATUS IN PATIENTS WITH BENIGN DISEASES OF LARYNX Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC A61N2/00 A61M15/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, physiotherapy, phoniatrics, and can be used for postoperative voice recovery in the patients with benign laryngeal diseases. Complex physiotherapeutic treatment is performed. Treatment involves the inhalation therapy and the postoperative magnetic field exposure. Magnetic field has parameters: frequency 100 Hz, intensity 6 mT. Paired inductors are symmetrically placed on the anterior surface of neck within a projection of a thyroid cartilage and a carotid sinus, and in a paravertebral region in parallel to each other at the level of CVIII-ThIII vertebrae within a projection of their transverse processes. Duration of exposure to low-frequency stationary pulse magnetic field is 15 minutes 2 times a day with interval between procedures of not less than 8 hours daily. Therapeutic course is 4 days.

EFFECT: method provides higher effectiveness of postoperative rehabilitation of vocal apparatus due to application of complex conservative treatment after removal of polyps of vocal cords in combination with the action of optimally selected parameters of the low-frequency stationary pulsed magnetic field.
