SUBSTANCE: in the generator of finely divided formations, the axial ejector is in the form of a piston and is placed inside a rigidly fixed cylindrical body on the carrier. The working surface of the piston has gears. The diameter of each stage is determined from the relationship: di=n⋅D/(1+n)⋅i, where di - diameter of the stage of the working profile of the piston; n is the total number of steps; D - diameter of the piston; i=(1n…) is the step number from the center. The positive angle of declination of the steps relative to the end of the piston is: θ=θo+2Ūo/100⋅i, where θo - angle of declination of the central stage; Ūo - dimensionless speed of translational motion.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of forming, at specified distances from the carrier, the correct shape of the lens of disperse formations with a uniform distribution of the fractions of the functional filling of the inseparable generator body.
