SUBSTANCE: it is proposed to determine the necessary significant level of enzymes: pepsinogenes 1 and 2, amylase, alkaline phosphatase and lipase in the amniotic fluid. At lower levels of these enzymes, a correction of the infant feeding regime is required.
EFFECT: method application allows to reveal the digestive potential of the newborn, prevent enzyme maldigestion, improve child condition and development at the initial stage of his/her life.
