FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for prediction of arterial hypertension (AH) development among the Shors having renal dysfunction (RD). The method considers age, body weight, waist circumference (WC), waist circumference and hip circumference (IWH) ration, presence of hyperuricemia, salt abuse, total cholesterol (TC) level, triglyceride (TG) level, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) level. In addition, the following markers are determined: growth, albuminuria (AU), high-density cholesterol (HDC) level, genetic markers: genes of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) systems, angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR). A prognostic coefficient (PC) is scored for each factor. The derived PCs are summed up. With a PC score of +6 points and above, predisposition is predicted for hypertension development of in the Shors, the indigenous inhabitants of Mountaineous Shoria having renal dysfunction.

EFFECT: implementation of the invention allows to predict the risk of arterial hypertension development in the Shors.
