FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: laying a pack of layers of fibrous material and fix it with a patch consisting of fasteners, guide rails, and movable stops, sew, remove the patch, remove from the platform of the sewing device, place in a mould, impregnate the binder and polymerise.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the material capacity of the tooling for piercing by simplifying its design and to provide universality through the possibility of reconfiguring the firmware step without changing the tooling, to increase the processability by carrying out the impregnation operation directly in the mould intended for the polymerization of the article.
