FIELD: technological processes; molding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for forming parts consisting of a thermal active matrix composite material, namely to a method of manufacturing parts of a fibrous polymeric composite material. Method of the invention includes the following steps: a preform is formed of dry fibrous filler and auxiliary materials on one of the working surfaces of the rigid mold, assembled mold is sealed, the preform is impregnated at a predetermined temperature under vacuum, the glass transition temperature is controlled and the preform is cooled. Removal of auxiliary materials is carried out when the current glass transition temperature exceeds the room temperature. After this, a rigid punch is placed on a surface impregnated with the tough male die, the mold is pressed, moved into the working chamber of the autoclave, the temperature in the autoclave to a value that ensures the transition of the binder to a liquid state, is increased. Then binder is fed into the mold through the working chamber of the autoclave, pressure in the autoclave is increased and the preform is finally compacted to the required volume. Soak and harden the part at the specified temperature and pressure and remove the last of the autoclave.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in excluding the increase in porosity in the form of stratification, cracking and air saturation of the filler volume by removing auxiliary materials from the surface of the part at a temperature of partial polymerization of the binder.
