SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to buffer liquid compositions intended for storage of liquid DNA preparations, as well as for impregnation of porous carriers used for biological material collection and storage. The compositions include 0.5-4% of N-laurylsarcosine, 5-20 mM of EDTA, a 30-200 mM of Tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane, 0.04-0.4% of NaN3, as well as an effective amount of antibacterial preparation and/or a fungicide that is difenoconazole and water. The antibacterial drug is selected from pefloxacin, ofloxacin and clarithromycin.

EFFECT: compositions have an enhanced antimicrobial effect, do not cause the DNA composition to lose its stabilizing properties compared to aqueous solutions of antimicrobial agents with similar concentrations.
